A principal with Ector County ISD has been charged following an investigation by ECISD police.
Officials with the district say the principal of Travis Elementary has been charged with failure to report.
Although few details have been officially released, district officials say the investigation was regarding an incident with several students at the school and “the manner in which it was handled by the camus,” according to a release.
The principal is currently on paid administrative leave.
Furthermore the district says the incident only involved students and no staff members were involved.
