CONVERSE, Texas – Judson ISD is also working to get some of its teachers the COVID-19 vaccine.
The district announced Thursday it was offered 230 vaccines to give out to teachers and has made the ‘difficult’ decision on who will get it.
According to JISD, it will give this round of vaccines to Special Education teachers, Dyslexia teachers and CTE teachers.
This vaccine is first come, first serve and they will accept the first 230 who sign up and will continue to compile a wait list for about 35 teachers from each category.
If you’re a teacher, you were sent a link to sign up. The vaccine will be given out Jan. 18 at Wonderland Mall.
