Sharon Spivey Mabry

Sharon Spivey Mabry, age 76, of Atlanta, Texas, went to be with the Lord Sunday, October 18, 2020 at her residence. Sharon was born July 16, 1944, in Atlanta Texas, to John, Jr. and Foye Spivey. She was retired from Day and Zimmerman; was a member of the Atlanta Church of Christ and was a Cub Scout Master. She enjoyed spending time as a bible school teacher; and was an avid reader, Dallas Cowboys Fan and loved to watch MSNBC. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ken Mabry; son, Greg Daniel; and her parents, John, Jr. and Foye Spivey. She is survived by her three sons, Russell Mabry of Texarkana, Arkansas, Chris Daniel of Atlanta, Texas, Robert Mabry and fiancé, Carmen Torres of Atlanta, Texas; sister, Elizabeth Ann Smith of Fort Smith, Arkansas; eight grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren and other relatives. Memorial services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Church of Christ, Atlanta, Texas; with Tom Hooten officiating. Guest registry is available at www.hannerfuneralservice.com.
