Phone services interrupted to Lubbock-Cooper

WOODROW, Texas (KCBD) - Lubbock-Cooper Independent School District experienced telephone issues Tuesday morning as students returned back to class. By mid-morning telephone services were back up and running.

The district reported Central Elementary, North Elementary, West Elementary and Laura Bush Middle School were without telephone services.
